Would this bother y’all too?
I just found out I’m not my girlfriend’s emergency contact… after two years together.
And the person she has listed is another guy.
I don’t know if I’m overthinking this.
Group sessions make it easier to push through the moments you’d normally quit.
Train together. Push harder. Finish stronger.

From the look of things, it seems Kudiwave is now being left to suffer the loss of a whole N750.3M removed from the business account. Neither the court nor the Nigerian Police Force have been able to provide answers to the protesters. #Justice4Kudiwave

A friend of mine told me something that has genuinely left me angry, confused, and unsure of what to tell her.
I’ve gone back and forth about whether to post this, but I would really like to hear how other people would handle this situation.
To make the story easier to follow, i will tell it as though it happened to me.
I went out to eat with someone I was dating, and we were seated upstairs in a quieter corner of the restaurant.
I was wearing a short skirt and a loose top without a bra. He was actually the one who encouraged me to wear it, saying it would be more comfortable and that I’d look cute for him.
At some point, he suddenly slipped his hand under my top and started touching me. I froze. My stomach was exposed and my cleavage was showing, so his hands were visible.
I quietly told him to stop, but he whispered, “You’re beautiful, babe,” and continued.
People started glancing at us. I could see them looking in my direction, and I felt so embarrassed. I kept staring down at the table because I didn’t even know where to look.
Then I noticed the waitress coming upstairs. She was looking directly at us, and he eventually pulled his hand away. She dropped off our food and gave me this look that made me feel even smaller. I could barely make eye contact with her.
What made it worse was that she kept glancing at me throughout the meal. I couldn’t stop wondering if she was judging me or thinking I was some kind of weirdo.
Later, when we got to the car park, he pulled me into the backseat and tried to initiate sex. I said no because someone might see us and tried to get out, but he pulled me back and told me I was overreacting.
I froze again. Eventually, I pushed him away, got out of the car, pulled my skirt back down, and fixed my top.
On the drive home, he even joked about wanting sexual attention from me while he was driving.
When we got back to his place, I told him seriously that he couldn’t do that to me again, especially in public.
Instead of acknowledging what he had done, he acted hurt and said, “So you don’t want me to show you love anymore?”
I started crying afterward.
Not just because of what he did, but because I kept thinking about everyone who had seen us. I felt exposed, embarrassed, and ashamed, even though I was the one who had been uncomfortable and had told him to stop.
I told a friend about everything, and she said maybe he didn’t realize what he was doing and was just trying to be sweet.
But I’m so angry and confused, and honestly, I don’t know what to do.
Is this really a normal way for someone to show affection, especially when I had already told him to stop?
I feel hurt and violated, but he doesn’t seem to understand why what he did affected me this much.
If you were in my position, what would you do? Would you end the relationship, or would you have another conversation with him first?
I genuinely want honest advice because I’m struggling to make sense of this.
