What a night for @KentuckyVB in the friendly confines of Wrigley Field!
Congratulations to @UKCoachSkinner, our student-athletes and staff on a memorable win in such a historic setting.
Amazing night for the sport! #GoCats
BBN is special! Camping overnight to set up tailgates a month before @UKFootball kicks off! Looking forward to a special season at Kroger Field! #GoCats
These past few months and days I've reflected a lot on just how lucky I have been to have learned from him and to have had the privilege to work with him.
I have boundless gratitude for Mitch's mentorship, faith and sacrifice 🥹
Those of us who saw @UKMitchBarnhart work up close will always appreciate what he did, seen and unseen, to elevate @UKAthletics to heights never before reached. 🙏
From the bottom of our hearts, Connie and I want to thank everyone who has reached out over the past few months and days. We're overwhelmed with gratitude. The last 24 years serving at the @universityofky have been the honor of our lives. 💙🙏
Not for credit, but because it was what he believed was right. One of many lessons he taught me: leadership is doing what you think is best, based on being a continuous learner, then letting the rest follow.
This does not appear to be a Commonwealth Stadium to Kroger Field situation.
It's likely you're will be able to call it Memorial Coliseum and just ignore the corporate sponsor part, if that is your preference. Of course, that type of naming deal is going to be worth less money.
Beyond proud! Lo did a fantastic job working with us in @UKAthletics Strategic Communications as part of the @TheKentuckyRoad Pro Career Institute 2025 Summer Cohort.
We're proud to celebrate @UKsoftball's Lauryn Borzilleri, who was named one of two recipients of the 2026 NCAA Jim McKay Graduate Scholarship!

Ha! Fun fact on this one I picked up today. He grew up playing Picadome. They named the course after him much later since he's the all-time legend of Lexington Golf.
I remember the first time I played Picadome I hadn't known he had won The Masters until I went in the clubhouse.
