I recently visited the USA for the first time since 2018, hitting up Las Vegas and New York City.

99% of MEN would be better off going to the GYM everyday instead of therapy, taking pills, drinking alcohol or trying any other coping/escapism mechanism.
The gym strengthens your BODY.
You get more energy & confidence as you look & feel better.
Even better though:
When you keep showing up consistently it strengthens your MIND & SOUL even more.
How many depressed men do you know that train 4-5-6 days a week consistently for years?
I know zero.
*The gym can be running everyday, bodyweight workouts or anything HARD that pushes your body, mind & spirit daily.
EASY creates WEAK men.
Our society is simply too easy in modern times.
