1. The U.S. side will cancel the 10% “Section 301” tariff on Chinese goods (including those from Hong Kong and Macau). The 24% tariff rate will be suspended for one year. In return, China will take corresponding countermeasures to ensure balanced implementation.

2. The export control measures introduced by the U.S. on September 29—restricting exports by 50%—will be suspended for one year. Similarly, China will suspend its counter-control measures announced on October 9 for one year.
