@OVOEnergy Hi Ffion, I already did and the service is just as bad. If it's a sister company why do energy sites have OVO as the supplier, why does the phone number appear as OVO energy when Boost call me? How come nobody on the phone at OVO could tell me Boost was my supplier when I called?

Call again today. No need for a key I'm told just a barcode or use the app. Call cut off at 6pm.
Call again, get cut off with the emergency team. They call back, transfer me to the "correct department" - it's closed.
