Western Nebraska basis about to get very interesting. 200,000 + acre not being planted to corn. I guess we will find out if the 25 corn crop is still on the farm or not.

Hey anyone that raises corn and soybeans for your rotation. How do you get soybeans to pencil and not be $75-$150 losers. APH on corn is around 240 and 63 on soybeans. Do you pencil in a 10-15 bushel increase after soybeans to justify planting them?

@Bkitch1Bodie It is the real deal! Dryland in Nebraska where it was treated is good irrigated off big time. The guys who cut corners this year are really paying. Cut fert, cut fungicide, cut chemistry and it is all showing this year.

Today DEC corn is $4.72 sell now re-own later with calls when we plant a bunch of acres of corn.
