@ThejbakerERA@LukePrach Haha biggest buck of my life! Took him just about 8 miles from home. I was there for legacy of legends weekend for the 2016 team reunion but my third child born last week kept me home for the regional. I’ll stop by the broadcast booth next spring!
@ThejbakerERA@LukePrach Jason, after we were one of the first four out in 2015 making it our 4th year in a row with no postseason, you could’ve told every usm fan for the next 10 years we will win 40+ games a year, multiple conference tourney champs, host 4 regionals, & 2 supers and they take it all day
@camclarklover It’s never make your first or last out at third base. Not home plate. With two outs you generally send your guy if it’s going to be close bc 2 out hitting is hard and after stockman’s double odds of another 2 out hit aren’t good. The only argument would be Drey’s hammy not 100%.
@Jasonjuwk9@msudawg04 I’m sure it doesn’t all come from the conference but I did find it funny that just over a year after Missouri joined the sec they were doing major renovations to their ballpark. Baseball is baseball tho should never be an excuse for losses
@msudawg04 @Jasonjuwk9 State fans constantly talk trash about our stadium and facilities as if we are on the same budget and just not applying it. We upgrade when we can and most other programs compliment our facilities.
@stantheman31@AYSSPORTS I think the only way it could be tougher would have been Arkansas or ole Miss as the 2 seed. I still believe it’s strong how it is. We will see
@stantheman31@AYSSPORTS Little Rock, as you know, will be a tough 4 seed. Jax State with 40+ wins including two against auburn, and Virginia who has a lot of post season experience. Competitive regional top to bottom imo
@AfterDarkPTP Not to mention Ark State era was ranked #8 in the country entering the weekend. Ole Miss ranked #7 in era. Faced some pretty good arms four games in a row and went 2-2 on the week.
@treysutton7 Change subjects I’m guessing it’s, in fact, not harder to win the sec regular season than it is to win a national championship? Trey, can you confirm?
@treysutton7 Coming from a guy who has been a head coach for over 20 years with 0 national titles but an sec regular season championship in under 5 years in sec. Makes sense.
