@TheRealKausay @AskPS_UK Yes, they will suggest changing password but if that doesn’t work to just wait, mine came online and worked okay for about 1 day before getting the bug again. Now can’t appear online or join any games

@AskPS_UK Yeah I have done that, along with logging out signing out and restarting ps none of which worked. I’m unable to change my online status at all, and even when logged out of mobile app it I have the little mobile symbol next to my profile on the PS4.
