It's half life is ~5 days. Today is the 18th. That means even without burning it only ~20k gallons would be left.

I bought a Richmond(Same as rheem, and ruud) from Menards for $1600 about year ago. Installed it my self for a grand total of less than 2k after materials such as mixing valve and expansion tank. Also did the electrical myself. That's just 10-3.
