@Feargal_Sharkey Yep, utter bullshit. Yorkshire Water have increased my bills by 39% in the last 2 years, to help pay their fines & CEO Nicola Shaw's bonuses. All while continuing to pollute our rivers & generally deliver shitty service to all their customers.
