@unholyrollin@Mr_Derivatives Lots of people will say, “because a house is an appreciable asset.” Which is true, but it really comes down to your income security and cash flow. If you want to spend a premium amount on a house because you can afford it, that’s your prerogative.
@notcloakzy1 - Eat more wholesome foods
- Supplement stack: Magnesium Glycinate, Zinc Picollinate, Active B-Complex (methylated)
- 1 Serving of Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate (mixed with 4-6oz water)
- Sometimes I’ll do Plant People’s WonderSleep gummies (non-hallucinogenic)
@notcloakzy1 You’re getting a lot of replies, so I’ll just share my routine as a 30+ year old man:
- Cut caffeine significantly. Don’t do energy drinks anymore. Have maybe one cup of coffee per day
- Get more sunlight
- Hit the gym at least 3x/week
- Walk at least 5-6x/week 30-60min a day
If your mortgage payment is over $3000 a month 95% of you likely can’t afford the house.
Yeah you can make it work for 5 years or so but eventually the walls close in and you buckle from the pressure of having to make the payment each month.
Seeing a lot of posts on my feed about real estate investors turning into crypto investors. Just want to say crypto was fun while it lasted because real estate investors ruin everything
BREAKING: I can now report that today the FBI, along with our interagency partners led by @AGPamBondi, arrested two active duty U.S. Army soldiers and one former U.S. Army soldier for theft of government property and a bribery scheme.
These individuals have been charged with stealing America’s defense intelligence capabilities and empowering adversaries like China in betrayal of our country.
They will now face American justice.
@PeterCorbett1 Peter, that’s nothing. Was at Sloan Park today $26 per ticket (x2, lawn seats) $25 to park, $24 for 24-ounce beer, $9.99 for 32oz soda, $12.99 for popcorn.
This should be a talking point to all the people in your lives. Don’t matter if you voted for Trump or not. If they try and justify this narcissistic behavior, then sorry pal you might want to cut them out of your life
Democrats who can't bring themselves to cheer for grieving widows or parents or a sick little boy have more poison in their brains than the kid with brain cancer.
