Part of the issue there is that Victor got fouled twice, including McDaniels grabbing his other arm with 2 hands. And so when guys get beat up like that, they respond physically as well. Doesn't excuse the elbow, but could have been avoided by calling the first 2.

Let me be clear: Wemby’s action is a Flagrant 2.

But the refs not calling the game is the issue. Reid and McDaniels clearly foul him. McDaniels is holding on to him. Any human is going to attempt to free themselves.

Refs have to be held accountable.

This is what’s wrong with the league and officiating. How about calling the foul against the Wolves for holding Wemby?

Instead, the game is play on (because it’s playoffs) but then throw Wemby out of the game for trying to get the players off him.

Never the refs fault. Always the players.

Throwing the best player in the league out of a playoff game because he’s trying to free himself is absurd.
