The patriotic men and women of Ashton, Hindley, Winstanley, Orrell, Abram, Worsley Mesnes, Bryn, Hindley Green, Platt Bridge and everywhere else across Makerfield are going to make history today.
Vote Restore Britain.
Seeing a lot of reform supporters/surrogates talking about the death penalty now that @RupertLowe10 has brought it into the mainstream.
They will announce this as a policy in the near future.
They think that simply using @RestoreBritain policy will bring people back on side
@oJARDINEo@RestoreBritain_ I’m also a Stokie. I’ve been in touch with a local organiser from Restore, to help out and get the word spread. I’ve heard nothing back. Would love to get involved and if you can help facilitate that, it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers duck
I have bags of respect for you Maajid, but whether it’s Burnham or Starmer in number 10 is largely irrelevant. Labour is going to continue drawing and quartering Britain’s economy and people with either in charge.
This problem has been created by reform themselves. Not merely through their treatment of Rupert, but by the betrayal we can all see happening in real time. As soon as their poll numbers made them seem inevitable, they began stuffing themselves with the very people that caused the problems that reform claim they will fix.
You of all people after your incredible work through the Covid years, should look at the Zahawi defection with utter contempt. But it doesn’t stop there. Jenrick imports thousands of Afghans behind the cover of a secret injunction, and all of a sudden we are to believe that his course of mounjaro has turned him into some kind of patriotic alternative to the establishment? And there is case after case of this. I mean Nadine Dorries? Seriously? It stretches credulity so thin that it is insulting.
The major split didn’t come with Rupert, it came with Reform believing that they were entitled to our votes all while tacking further and further leftwards. By the time the election rolls around, it will be basically Boris’ cabinet.
So yeah, maybe the Restore vote could cost reform the seat or Restore could surprise everyone and win it themselves. But either way Reform need to decide who they are and be the party that they pretending to be, or just be honest and say we are the teal torries and you should expect largely the same as you’ve had. Because the party that runs its Economic policy by George Osbourne, deserves nothing but scorn
@Footballtweet Because this is the first time I’ve ever heard her name and Cristiano Ronaldo is the most famous sportsman in the world, and has been for two decades. That might have a bit to do with it
This post corrects an earlier post, which incorrectly quoted Rupert Lowe
This correction supersedes a previous clarification. We apologise to Mr Lowe for the error
@almurray I actually agree that it’s bollocks to go whining about jokes. Basically nothing should be off limits, but strict limits were imposed on one side. So it shouldn’t be overly surprising that it would come back around
