One year ago today I was denied the opportunity to intern in Washington D.C. Since then, I have interned at the Indiana Statehouse and gained valuable experience. I am excited to announce that I have been accepted to the Washington Leadership Program for Spring 2021!

I applied to be an intern in D.C. next school year. Today, I received this email. This process may not have been a success, but failure is the only way to learn. As @jockowillink would say “Didn’t get the job you wanted...Good. You have the opportunity to figure out a solution.”

Very sad that I am not going to be able to go to Poland for Spring Break because I’ll be working in Indy. However, I’m excited to announce that I’ve been accepted to study abroad next spring at @sciencespo in France🇫🇷
