@GilbyRanger Im from new England so we're pretty used to tough winters. Definitely get rock salt for any driveways/paths, have some sternos and candles, and just have food and water. There's a reason before a blizzard everyone here gets milk, bread, and eggs

@LinzDeFranco If you're looking in the New England area, Rhode Island is a really good option. There's a huge diversity in areas. You can be in the woods, by the beach, in the city, or in the suburbs and be 30 minutes away from anything you need.
