Wanted to vote.
Now told I can’t vote because my voter ID is less than 1 year old.
No clarity, no written rule, just verbal denial at the entrance.

Is this even valid?

After they delivered my passport to the WRONG address, I'm met with clueless service agents and a supervisor who can't provide answers. They had the nerve to ask if my parcel was time sensitive—well, it's my passport, so YES, it's important! And now, they expect ME to sort it out

Absolutely appalled by @canadapostcorp’s service! Paid $50 for trackable envelopes to deliver my PASSPORT, and they somehow manage to deliver it to the WRONG address. Now, I'm stuck in a loop of calls, transferred to supervisors who offer no solutions, and left waiting for 30m!
