@ChevroletArabia It has been 10 days since @AljomaihAutoCo sent a request to you to replace two tires for my new Tahoe 2025 without response. I had vibration since I bought it and was struggling with @AljomaihAutoCo for 6 months without effectively identifying/fixing the issue.

@AljomaihAutoCo As a customer, I shouldn’t wait for Aljomaih to get approval from Chevrolet to replace tires. I believe that Aljomaih, based on good reputation, should replace them and then deal with Chevrolet on their own.

@chevrolet If I buy a Tahoe 2025 LT without autosense power lift gate feature, does GM offer an official accessory and/or software update to enable this feature later on?
If so, can this be done through the local dealer? Or it can only be done at the factory?

I purchased a TAHOE 2025 LT from Aljomaih which was supposed to have the ‘autosense power liftgate’ feature as per the website and salesman confirmation, but upon inspecting the vehicles it turned out that this feature is not available. I need ur support.
