@BhamCityCouncil This is just an automated system, I want to speak to someone! You are basically saying that I need to pay £60 for a PCN despite me having evidence that I paid the £8 on the day I travelled in the ULEZ zone! You have provided me with no evidence that you have not received it!

@sta_cmat be interested to hear the thoughts of the academy leaders on one of their head teachers sharing posts of this nature on X, one of your head teachers doesn’t believe in kids with extra needs, which does explain how his school deals with kids with conditions like autism!
