@airindia @rajeshdogra7 I'm unable to web checkin (WC). Your team puts call under mute after beating around bush. In reattempt, I was told to do counter checkin >3 hours before, coz WC isn't allowed in corporate booking! Why such an inefficient system& team with 0 accountability?
