@BSNLCorporate Now travelling between Govt. Estate metro and Airport metro, Chennai. No network at all subway stations. Nine years over. Still customers are suffering. From top to bottom no responsible team to fix this issues. @BSNL_CHTD @bsnl_care is sending only std. response.

@BSNL_CHTD wondering mobile data speed at Kilambakkam bus stand. Time 9.00 PM. Expecting similar speed at my home 600126 puthur, Mappedu area and at Indian Bank HO 600001 beach station area.

@BSNL_CHTD Just in 5 years, see the tariff difference. More than 300% hike for no network. @BSNL_CHTD when will we get network at Metro subways. Every day users are struggling.

@bsnl_ap_circle Review is happening in all circles. All @BSNLCorporate employees know the issues ground level. @BSNLCorporate need additional 3 lakh towers to solve ntwrk issues. Now the ? is who will provide equipments? If things goes like this, it will take another 5 years to solve.

@BSNLCorporate If customers already have different personal accident coverage, will it be added during settlement? Which are all covered under Cyber Insurance. To whom we have to approach during settlement. Need transparency.

@TRAI Pls. Fix a tariff slab. It should be 1/3rd of normal combo tariffs. Even @BSNLCorporate 2G voice only plan is costlier than it data combo plans and expensive than Jio 4G voice only plan. Also all are providing only only voice only plan in their plan list.

@BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL But it is not enabled for all models. My Samsung A14 and Moto G are not supporting. Complaining for the past 9 months. No resolution. While giving advertisements pls. be transparent @BSNL_TN. When all customers enjoy this feature.
