@UberUKI_Support Shocking service today, raised two identical McDelivery orders, the first never arrived (and I couldn’t contact the courier, just got a recorded message) and the second was delivered. Uber support told me I am not eligible for a refund. @JustEatUK for the win!

@UberEats Shocking experience through McDelivery @McDonaldsUK order didn’t arrive. Couldn’t contact delivery agent as my contact number (collected through Apple registration) was wrong. Told I can’t have a refund as they did their job, £15 out of pocket and had to reorder.
