But there are solutions. Here’s a VERY large farm (producing 5million chickens a year!) that’s now burning its manure to keep it out of waterways & create fertiliser from ash. But it’s expensive. Out of reach for most farmers. So will others (@Tesco? @AvaraFoods? et al) help pay?
