@click_and_drop So we come to end of day and the system now shows errors and cannot print the manifest - to state you are nearing normal service is beyond me and no doubt many thousands of customers

@click_and_drop Not fixed as far as we are concerned - got a batch out about 30 minutes ago and then guess what - it cannot again process labels - since the local post office collection is imminent how on earth could they process all the items we have we failed to get out today!!!

@click_and_drop Now unable to log in at all and no holding message on page to advise site is now down- surprised that with Microsoft engineers working on this that this simple thing could not be done - tbh the system has struggled with the load for weeks with Monday’s always being very slow

@click_and_drop It is now even worse - before a label managed to process in about 5 minutes and now it cannot process any postage details so now cannot do anything and have another 100 + to do! status update not updated since 9.22 this morning - poor
