@stevelambertwpg Not that surprising when u consider that very little food consumed in MB is produced in MB so the gas tax has Ltd effect. Yes we have a large agricultural sector, but it is primarily focused on export. Canola seed and baby pigs being are 2 largest exports last time I checked.

When did pillow cases fall out of fashion as a Halloween vessel? I am told by those younger and cooler than I: few children have used pillow cases since the early 2000s. Why? The pillow case is clearly superior to the reusable grocery bag. Holds more candy. Less tangles.
