@DocPriyamMD@DocPriyamMD how do physicians differentiate between the “Burn-Out Disease” and the diabetes being under control (through diet) in a chronic kidney diseased patient?
@GrantCardone@theficouple By that rationale, if a home isnt an asset, a mortgage can’t be a liability. It’s that asinine. You’re using semantics rather than the straight forward definition of net worth
@Michael57788258@iealondon My wife and I (Americans) ring up $4K-$8K in credit card balances each month, but pay them off at the end of each billing cycle. Is that considered debt?
@wendelltalks@BoCamaro@shawneescissom No, the athletes have to fix it - yet they have no incentive to do so right now because they can hop around each year, getting more and more money at each stop. Anything that NCAA puts in place to "fix" it must be collectively bargained by a union or it won't hold up in court.
@M_Sorentino@BoCamaro@RoaringHammy You also skipped over inflation/COLA. Today’s dollars aren’t the same as future dollars. At a 3% inflation rate, your purchasing power halves every 24 years.
