@XboxSupport Hi Xbox people. I put auto-redeem on the £5 gift card near the start of December. I logged on and it hasn’t redeemed itself and instead carried the points from December to the February rewards. Is there a way I can redeem it without waiting until February?

@RL_Support When I finished a tournament I didn’t get any rewards or progression in challenges. It said results pending and then just stopped and I didn’t get anything. Was this a problem on my side or something else?
