@BoroughburyGP is this why patients are calling ambulances for minor treatments? A change in process is needed so it relieves pressure of all parts of the NHS and people who need face to face triage at surgery’s can get it and those who need 999 service get it in minutes.

There had to be a change in his @BoroughburyGP operates. The 8am call window is farcical to be then told you can only have a morning call with no specific time. Miss the call and have to go through the same process the next day. Part 1….
