@AvantiWestCoast Hi Sam, Yes. I logged them on the day i lost them and have tried to claim multiple times but not heard back. I tracked them to a train depot in Oxley and was refused them and told to go through MissingX, but MissingX or AWC simply don't respond.

Can someone from AWC please help? 4 weeks since I dropped my AirPods on an @AvantiWestCoast train. Tracked them to Oxley Depot in Wolverhampton, but I was told to use MissingX. Done that, ignored, 5 follow up emails over a month, radio silence!! Unacceptable service!

@AvantiWestCoast Yes, they've given me the same unhelpful line of "you need to log a ticket with MissingX" - I've done this and not heard anything, as well as been ignored on multiple follow up emails, both to MissingX and AWC Customer Support.

@AvantiWestCoast I left a pair of AirPods on your train from London on 10th Sept then tracked them back to Oxley Depot in Wolverhampton. I turned up to pick them up and was refused my own property.

Can one of your lost property team please arrange for them to be returned to me?
