I have probably spent 20 hours of my life dealing with @LGIndia issues in the past 5 years. Such good products but such horrible service that I will likely never buy LG again. I’m disappointed that I even need to tweet about this.

@LGIndia I have been waiting 8 days for my fridge to be repaired. After endless human error and lies from LG, I am still waiting. Today the team called me and said a senior person would get in touch, but that has not happened.

One engineer called me 3 hours ago and said he would be here in 30 minutes. 1 hour ago he said he would be here in 10 minutes. 5 minutes ago he said he would be here in 30 minutes. Why am I wasting my whole day waiting for @LGIndia and their incompetence.

@united DM sent. It may not sound right to you but all the ground staff said this has been happing for more than 1 week and every passenger on that flight leg is getting delayed. They said that UA knows about this but every day people show up with false information.

Careful flyers. #UnitedAirlines isn’t being truthful at the moment. I just booked a nonstop flight which has an unlisted stopover and it reaches the final destination 5 hours after the listed arrival time. There was no notification about this and it was premeditated from them.
