1) Massive amounts of foreign children, many who don't even know English well, disrupting classrooms for everyone.

2) Combined with completely abandoning sane disciplinary policies because they disproportionately affect those who misbehave constantly, and that would be racist.

3) This plus massive growth and overreach of ignorant admin staff drives good teachers out of the profession.
