Passionate about nature, philosophy, mythology and more. Pro Life. Anti violence. Pro Free Speech. It shouldn't be Left Vs Right, we should work togheter.
@DhankharHemann@Solossoul@BBCWorld And you completely went over mine. The baby inside her is NOT her body. That is another human being that should not be killed for the sake of someone's convenience, it's barbaric.
@shepherdgc1@edwards1218@CNN But I do agree that there is and never will be a level playing field. Of course some people have it easier than others, but I genuinely believe that if you have something to add to society you will reap the rewards if you work hard and smart enough.
@shepherdgc1@edwards1218@CNN I can see what you mean, but I must disagree. There are so many musical artists and actors who were born into poverty and worked their way up the ladder. Just look at a load of rappers, they worked their ass off from nothing and are now at the top.
@MamaTealRose@edwards1218@CNN Wow you are a strong mother! I'm glad the Australian health system was able to take care of you like this. Look I'm not here to argue if the US is perfect or not, I was merely pointing out that it's not true when Warren claims only those born privileged will succeed.
@edwards1218@MamaTealRose@CNN And on a more personal note, when I was a teen I had to see a urologists. Took over a year for them to get in contact with me.
@edwards1218@MamaTealRose@CNN May I ask what RX is? Here is one example of a poor lad from Cork who had to raise funds and go to America for surgery because the Irish health system couldn't do it for him. https://t.co/D8R5Inolss
@edwards1218@shepherdgc1@CNN Perhaps I'm misunderstanding it then? She's saying that it's about making an America where not only those who are born privileged can succeed.. but there are thousands of people in America who worked from the ground up, with no privilege, who have succeeded. Or ?
@MamaTealRose@edwards1218@CNN In Ireland you'd be lucky to see the specific doctor you need within a year. The amount of people who go abroad to the US to get life saving treatment because we can't offer it.
@shepherdgc1@edwards1218@CNN I agree wholeheartedly. But Warren's quote suggest that if you're not born privileged you cannot succeed in America, all I was trying to point out. The entire world has alot of room for improvement.
@edwards1218@CNN Id argue that out of all the countries in the world, America is one of the ONLY ones where you don't have to be born privileged to succeed in life. I wonder has Warren ever considered that the US isn't perfect, but it's damn sure better than alot of other places.

Fixed it for you. Don't understand why we constantly have to remind people which group someones part of. Stop identity politics! It's about content of character, not skin colour!
@SCadapting @mrderekmccabe @aliceeire@rtenews People can be misled by an idea without being racist, that's all I was trying to get at. I personally believe that the people who genuinely think their skin colour superior to others are few and far between. The true racist are hiding much easier now days, we shouldn't let them!
@GoujonWolfe@paulmurphy_TD I agree with you here. I believe the best current option we have is to adopt politics and economy that uses aspects of both capitalism and socialism
