@ParkPlazaHotels not happy with my treatment today at Victoria London. Came at 1pm. No room, told to come back just before 3. Came back, no room. Told to come back at 3. Came back, no room. Told to wait while they call house keeping. Other people walk in and get rooms - why? Poor

Delayed. Again. It's not worth the 6k+ a year we pay to use this awful line from Whitstable to stp. Will there be victoria trains to meet the delayed 18.55 from sto at faversham? Or will we get that train, and be stuck at faversham for hours?

@Se_Railway so after the utter disaster of yesterday on the StP - Kent high-speed route, we are now stuck outside Gillingham. Our tickets cost thousands of pounds, your lines are closed most Sundays for engineering work leaving us reliant on shoddy old busses, for what? Nothing

@Se_Railway I am stuck on a train going fast to Margate because your staff member did not walk through the train to alert passengers at Faversham that that train was going fast to margate. Nor did station staff help either. I cannot get off a moving train and go back to faversham

@Se_Railway there is not bus to meet the 16:47 from London St Pancras at Sittingbourne. Why? This is a known replacement service, why hasn't this been prepared? Rubbish service yet again!

@Se_Railway the 19.20 to Whitstable from StP has no estimated departure time because they can't find the trian crew. Passengers to faversham, and those to Margate/Ramsgate have been advised to get other trains. What passengers to Whitstable do? No advice is being given

@Se_Railway No it wasn't, it was altered due to the late arrival of train crew which meant that the 15.20 left 10 mins late, and like multiple other Sundays, you make the HS run fast from Faversham and skip Whitstable. It's almost like it's planned it happens so much.

@Se_Railway yet again you are running HS Sunday trains fast missing whistable. All because of a 10 minute delay. This happens so frequently it's disgusting. Why can't you run a proper service? It's disingenuous to say you run a StP to Whitstable service on Sundays when you don't.
