@corriepodcast It had its moments, but the Secret Santa reveal over Xmas dinner hadn't earned its place- just felt horribly contrived and had really come from nowhere. Carla really didn't look like she'd been in a cupboard for days. Nice to see Gail, but a bizarre out of character speech.
@michaelsheen Very sorry to hear this. He was a great supporter of local arts. I had many conversations with him @NeathLTheatre . Love and condolences to your mum and the whole family. ❤️
@DuncanLindsay It's so short sighted. Ok, it gives them a year's worth of story and I've no doubt she'll be brilliant and it's worthy, etc etc. BUT ultimately, this is a character who represents the DNA of the show and it speaks volumes that they don't value that more. Worse decision ever.
@JOJEHARVEY Just brilliant. Hoping Debbie's dementia turns out to be a dodgy pork pie or summat. The show's biggest mistake since Martha Longhurst. Should be putting her front and centre not killing her off. Vandalism.
@saturnexpress@randomstuffxzxz Thought soaps had learned their lesson about killing off legacy characters. Especially of this calibre. It actually makes me want to give up on it. @DamonRochefort and other writing royalty can't agree with it, surely?
@Corriepedia Thanks for everything. Seems like Blue Sky is the place to be, but totally understand. See you on Instagram (when I remember to check it!)
@JamesAHogg2 Saw him in a touring production of 'Death of a Salesman' in the early/mid 90s and he was magnificent. Loved him in everything he did. A proper jobbing actor and absolutely wonderful.
