@terrychristian There used to be a saying: you'll never seen a farmer on a bike.
Of course, nobody likes to suddenly have to pay a new tax, but most real farmers won't, or only a little. It's the wealthy land owners who are using land to dodge tax who will. Time everyone contributed fairly IMHO.

A huge number of NHS workers have to cope with inadequate public transport, insufficient and unsafe parking for cars and bikes, and exorbitant costs
