He didn't have to go under that tent..... a knife is a deadly weapon in the eyes of the law and stabbing someone is intent to cause harm in the eyes of the law.

@bAnthonYsr @DreAllDay Problem with this is a few things, but 1) a knife is considered a deadly weapon, 2) the act of stabbing is intent to cause bodily harm and 3) there is no premeditation in Texas. This is a murder charge 100% of the time.
