@Europcar_UK Avoid Europcar. Terrible customer service. They pay a PCN issued in error, don’t tell me for 2 months, ignore evidence for 2 more months, lie about and delay appealing with the TFL and whilst that’s ongoing, threaten me with legal action. Appalling. Use another firm
