@rwohan Correlation doesn’t look particularly strong here. Would be interesting to use some correlation metric. Either way, I don’t think the conclusion in the first sentence is really accurate.
@ScottBentonMP The CS works in the interest of the public good. Should they not challenge policy they think is the antithesis of this? Also, suggesting all the CS should do is take orders shows entitlement and a lack of understanding of how to effectively run a department.
