@BrianNiccol1 I reached out to another Starbucks location to verify your policy regarding purchases required for store access. She confirmed that you indeed enforce this policy. Not good for business. Thank you @Starbucks@StarbucksNews@starbucksdeals
@BrianNiccol1 I noticed another customer getting help immediately, which made me feel overlooked. When I expressed my frustration, she apologized, but it felt insincere. Disappointed, I gathered my things and decided to leave, wishing for a more welcoming experience.
@BrianNiccol1 I picked up a double chocolate brownie at Starbucks, eager to settle in for work. However, an employee informed me of a new policy requiring a purchase to stay. I enthusiastically agreed, but when I went to order, the female employee didn’t acknowledge me.
I've been a loyal customer of your company for a while now, but I must say I don't feel completely confident in the service and feel “in good hands” @Allstate
@MikeSievert
why is your company using inappropriate business tactics? le customers trying to transfer their phone; deducting payments from a canceled service. @TMobile
