@Gumiho_938 @gh00ulian @luvsairiri Have you been to therapy for them? I know therapy isn’t great for everyone, but it genuinely really helped with intrusive thoughts for me. There’s also just some strategies to minimizing them- learning to passively acknowledge them, and then let them go, really helped me.

If your boots are suddenly unwearable, it’s better to have a prepared amount of money for this than to scrounge up whatever money possible when it happens.
