Another day, another hearing, another appeal but still the same old outcome; a loss for FSV Mainz 05.
Regular defeats on the football pitch clearly aren’t enough for the board of the club so they keep coming back for more losses in the German courts !
I am grateful to the German courts for serving justice and seeing through the baseless and nonsensical claims of the club.
Let me be clear, the statement from the serial losers FSV Mainz 05 following their latest defeat is as deluded as their entire dealings and proceedings against me. I have never had, nor will I ever have, any consensus with any person or organisation which seeks to silence those standing for justice and humanity. My values can never align with any organisation whose values and convictions are to blindly stand with those accused of flagrantly breaching International law and perpetrating genocide.
No one is above the law.
Let this latest victory send a loud and clear to message to the warmongers, their accomplices and the deluded board members of FSV Mainz 05; you cannot, and will not, silence the voices of the Palestinians and their advocates. Viva Palestina !!!
@neilclan My morality isn't selective, unlike yours clearly. I don't condone Hamas. I am also not so childish to peddle a narrative that this conflict began on October 7th. Doing that is just a way to justify actions and beliefs that are indefensible and genocidal. You can ask the UN.
@ThreadAndTruth @GymRobcom@EmployRightsIE Your opinion is fueld by nothing other than bigotry and racism disguised as care for our own. You don't have a any concept of the homeless system here and how it works . If you actually cared you would. Simple as that.
@ThreadAndTruth @GymRobcom@EmployRightsIE You don't know how the homeless system works at all. STA's (supported temporary accommodations) or even PEA's are not one night only. They provide meals and people who are homeless are eligible for social welfare. the system is not good but stop pretending you know what is like.
@EmployRightsIE I'm sorry but one night only hostels have been gone since before covid. I understand your frustration. I work in homeless services. But you do not line up like a dog to access emergency accommodation. You are not thrown out in the morning. You are provided with meals too.
@BTriagain I'm confused by your stance. What is your opinion on people who work for NGO's?. I would argue these people are the people who are keeping this country going. Left to deal with the shortcomings of the poor systems, infrastructure and funding.
@Gavin_TD_Boyne@bazcunningham You can use voter turn out as a metric to measure public interest in voting for either candidate. Absolutely. But you have to use it as a measure for spoiled votes too. Using one metric for one and not for the other is blatantly statistical manipulation. You know that.
@Gavin_TD_Boyne@bazcunningham You didn't try to be consistent. You used one metric to measure the total votes for CC and another more beneficial metric to measure the spoiled votes. Why ? Because it helps you to push your agenda and mis represent the facts.
@dg2020gal@floracrowe This was in a reply to a tweet stating that a vote for CC is a vote for SF. So I was replying within the confines of that point . I absolutely understand the concept of the presidency and that the role is ceremonial . However, things can be multifaceted
@floracrowe This isn't the revelation you think it is ...... Your ideology seems to be out of touch. The youth eyes are open to who has destroyed the country and what the establishment stands for. You will see in the results on Friday.
HEATHER Humphreys has insisted she did not know the farmer at the centre of the animal abuse allegations on whose behalf she intervened - even though his farm is in the same village as her own.
-Brian Mahon
It had previously been revealed that Ms Humphreys received a letter from a family member of the farmer and she passed the letter on to the Department of Agriculture.
The case was dropped not long both afterwards.
