Today the COSLA Health & Social Care Board, Chaired by Spokesperson @cllrpaulkelly, will meet to consider a range of important issues including the Population Health Framework, a submission on the Right to Addiction Recovery (Scotland) Bill, and ongoing reform in social care.

Disappointing that yesterday’s Budget could mean no additional money for social care. Councils have been clear of the need for urgent additional funding to support social care and reform. Also not enough support for 3rd and independent partners in social care.
