I’ve been away from Twitter for a good while. Interesting to roam about again. I’m now busy in the studio making new work. Here’s my latest portrait - work in progress - charcoal.

@thehuwedwards https://t.co/prOw6OQFnw The disaster impacted my family - my mother was from Aberfan and many of her family lived there. Our cousins Brian and Gillian died. In 2019 I had an exhibition at Norwich Cathedral - and made a large work remembering Aberfan using coal dust and soot.

@gracelongline @GrimArtGroup I’ve just arrived at my studio - I am now living in Norwich- a city that reminds me very much of my home city of Coventry. I hardly look at a twitter much these days but how interesting to read these comments about my late father’s work - inc yours from only yesterday.
