@Retlouping I’ve heard both answers from different sources. At recent course was told it is just pain. Clinically para/anesthesia is clearly important, and can be affected, though usually in my experience follows a less clear ‘from distal to proximal’ path.

@hjluks I’ve found the convo is difficult to even start before having a fairly established relationship w/ them. This timeframe is different for everyone. I start with small blurbs here and there then gradually increase the layering. Very little structured knowledge/exp w/ this though

@Retlouping Retest the provocative tests. If negative, then the repeated movement has improved all baselines you listed so clearly continue. If positive still, repeated movement still improved half (pain, but not mechanical), so exhaust rep movement / retest for a few more sessions
