A lovely day surveying Cornwell Church - the most wonderful interior including a ‘Waggon Roof’ - I had never heard this term before it’s a cradle-roof constructed of closely spaced series of double arched braced trusses - suggesting the shape of a covered wagon!
We are all set for the @Listed_Property show and looking forward to catching up with lots of familiar faces over the next couple of days. If you are around please pop over to see us.
Recently completed in just 6 months, we received listed building consent to extend the Grade II listed Old Rectory in an incredibly sensitive location. Photography by Simon Maxwell. For more information see https://t.co/VhipdTR0a5
The most satisfying part of our job is seeing a project completed - better than we ever imagined. Thanks to imperial restoration and construction and a committed client. #adaptivereuse#heritage#musicroom
Full day in the roofs at Charlecote and despite being tough on the knees really interesting with Neil Maclean inspecting the ecology & @JamesMackint0sh the architecture. Roofs reveal so much including a previous ceiling and purlin line. Late finish but treated to a fantasitc sky
Our recently completed roof repairs of a Grade I listed House has been published in the latest listed property owners magazine. Please come and see us @Listed_Property show at Olympia on 3rd and 4th February 2023.

We had an amazing afternoon at the #ricsawards today. The heritage award went to a very deserving Seaton Delaval but our Elizabethan House team are all winners at heart. A lovely evening had with Izaak Hudson, John Hamner and Martin Nee @messengerbcr
We have just had one of the best afternoons out in North Wales @YrYsgwrn learning about Hedd Wyn thanks to the most knowledgeable guides who made us feel welcome and gave us the best visitor experience #heritage#museum
We achieved practical completion at Plum Park Hotel in early December. The wedding venue will reopen for viewings as soon as the pandemic rules permit. For further info visit https://t.co/wAqTflMJmW Thanks to @lamassociatesuk@JamesMackint0sh
@VaughanConsult1 Conservation area? We have just been told that northants will not accept rooflights in the pitch of the roof. Maybe they were there before the fire?
@OxfordPresTrust we all had a spring in our step this week - it’s a credit to all involved that the Covered Market @OxfordCity is being restored and a good thing that @CroftBC and @ClivedenConserv conservation are able to continue to make good progress safely
Thanks to @OxfordPresTrust and @OxfordCity this evening and all weekend at Oxford Open Doors - a special little part of Oxford’s social history is revealed in its bare bones prior to restoration.
