I caution anyone looking to use @SeatGeek to purchase tickets. My mother spent $1200 on #NYR tickets. The seller sent an email with Ticketmaster link. That link prompts a message “your tickets have already been claimed or cancelled.” No tickets. Seatgeek won’t help. Inexcusable.

@VirginAtlantic how do I retrieve ticket number info from a recent flight? I’m trying to apply an upper class upgrade (made at the virgin gate) to my delta sky miles (this was a partner flight operated by virgin). Delta requires the ticket number but I no longer have access.

@VirginAtlantic I was issued a new paper ticket from virgin when I upgraded, no email was sent. Will that be the same ticket number as the original Delta ticket?
