@hitbtc That’s great if I am accessing your exchange regularly and making the time to read your updated T&C’s but honestly who does that! An email notification to users would have been nice and then I could have at least moved or sold my tokens instead you have stolen them!

@hitbtc Binance don’t do it, Kucoin don’t do it, Swyftx don’t do it, BTC markets don’t do it, glad I store the majority of my tokens on these exchanges rather than HitBTC. Information about the terms is great but an email notification to people would have been nice I would have removed

@hitbtc worst exchange out there, if you store your tokens in their wallet but dont log in and make a trade within 6 months they start charging you $30usd per month. I didn't log in for 2 years and they have syphoned over $2,000 AUD of my tokens from me leaving me with nothing!!!

@hitbtc @amorrison_5 Absolute joke, logged back in after a a couple of years and over $2,000 AUD has been taken through inactivity fee's. How were we meant to know about this change in T&C's if i haven't logged and i stored my tokens in your wallet too isnt this what its for!!! Day light robbery!!!!

@thepallete As above I have CHZ stored in my trust wallet, I want to send them to an exchange but I am unable to as they seem to be CHZ BEP2 and exchanges are only accepting CHZ main net or ERC20 now. So effectively my CHZ tokens are stuck in trust wallet and useless as I am unable to trade

Anyone know how to convert CHZ BEP2 which I have stuck on trust wallet, Binance and most other exchanges only allowing ERC20 or CHZ Mainet now?

@TrustWallet I keep getting emails stating I need to verify my wallet, however it looks like a scam asking me to go to verification via a link. Email is [email protected] which doesn’t seem to relate to you. Snap shot of email below I assume this is a scam?

You use to show Year to Date and All Time but now it only shows last 30 days?
