@Hermesparcels disappointed that my parcel has not been delivered and there has been absolutely no customer service help to try and track it down. At this point I don’t even thin hermes know where it is.

@Hermesparcels you managed to drop one parcel off but not the other which were with you on the same day & are now are returning the other without asking me. I can’t get an answer from anyone because you customer service is appalling. Maybe your twitter team can save you here?
