Only about 27% of Texas children under age 5 are non-Hispanic White (2024 ACS). The overall statewide figure (~36–39%) is inflated by older (baby boomer) non-Hispanic White cohorts who no longer drive future population growth. Long-term demographic trends are shaped mainly by the age structure and fertility of women of childbearing age; higher Hispanic fertility and a younger Hispanic population mean the non-Hispanic White share continues to decline.

You really need to grow up. 3 weeks later went to the police, probably because her sorority ostracized her. Female-on-female rejection is a real weapon. Women compete mainly by reputation, gossip, and exclusion rather than fists, and the usual targets are women seen as sexually uninhibited, mate-poaching, or otherwise out of line. Removing chronically disruptive students improves the learning environment for everyone else. That is not complicated. A classroom cannot function if a few kids are allowed to hijack it. The political fight was never mainly about whether disruption is bad. It was about racial gaps in suspension and expulsion rates. Those gaps are real. Treating them as proof of a racially rigged discipline system was the error. Rate differences can come from differences in behavior, not only from biased adults. Once “disparate impact” became the test, districts had a strong incentive to keep dangerous or chaotic kids in class rather than risk a civil-rights complaint. The “school-to-prison pipeline” framing made ordinary discipline look like a prelude to incarceration. The practical result was that removal got harder: fewer suspensions, more “restorative” processes, and teachers told to manage conduct that used to be a one-way ticket to the office. Order declined. The kids who pay for that are usually the ones who showed up to learn. If your model says the disparity is mostly racism, you will fight the tool that restores order. That is how a theory survives contact with a wrecked classroom. NJH is the personal version of the same mistake. She would not test whether her assumptions were wrong. Her child absorbed the cost.
