If safeguarding paperwork was completed:-
The correctly trained RCOT housing conversion OT arrives at the property as per safeguarding protocol.
“The OT” will be at remote location to meet ♿️.
The property requiring assessment is empty?
Many ‘ID swap’ variables viable.
Anyone who can’t see the risk of allowing council-reps to bypass official safeguarding protocol whilst mis-wording paperwork to ‘appear’ be doing the right thing..

A suitability review of a property having accessibility dispute is required:-
“we are OT, we’ve been contacted by council housing, our job is review the suitability of housing allocations” with a suggestion move assessment away from the property considered for adaption..
Sleeping, then having morning coffee on the main uphill section of A-road out of city on a Sunday morning, answers; collective noun for classic, custom and sports ;- cars, lorry’s, vans and motorbikes under medium engine load?…
In my opinion; a ‘treat’ of…
accommodation without bathing facilities is exactly same problem as being ‘street homeless’:-
Go to sleep without a proper wash and wake up without a proper wash and be stuck with that problem indefinitely…
Omg:-
Civil servant influencing disabled persons housing allocation is basically saying “it [property] is very accessible”…
[Face-palm!]
To who?
“Perfectly accessible” to a unilaterally (below knee) disabled human… in this case is dangerously inaccessible to ‘bilateral’.
No solution to bus drivers not wanting to ask passengers use empty seats to enable me into wheelchair space.
Combined with other wheelchairs already on buses these small essential journeys become more an act of sitting in the rain.
Just now discovered:-
[in emergencies] a way to transfer to toilet without drop down rail if have full wheelchair access around toilet-pedestal and is a ‘good day’ (zero slight / temporary injuries)…
13 years on and still learning!

Still haven’t discovered a way to safer self-propel in rain though:-
Uphill remains nearly impossible.
Downhill remains dangerous.
Flat and level still gets thighs absolutely soaked resulting in huge temperature losses…
Omeo could hold an umbrella…
Was hopeful safe housing allocation was to be made today:-
Change of staff
=
Same shit, different day / month / year.
Same property offer = same dangers.
Are they attempting break all rules in order to avoid accountability of those whom caused the initial issues 2013-2018?
