@NITESHRAJPOOT Though Skype for Business Online is being retired, any call quality data from your past SfBO calls will continue to be stored in CQD until expiry. If you use that historical data to understand how your call quality landscape has changed over time, it will still be there for that.

@MattEllisUC The CQD portal is sticking around. With that said, Power BI is an important part of enabling customers to work with their CQD data, and we'd like to do more with it going forward.
